GED Exit Option Students

The GED Exit Option students have been studying for the GED exam.  Already, 26 students have received passing scores and will graduate with their home high school.  A few students are still waiting for their scores to be reported.

Before taking the GED test, students spent many hours practicing writing, math, social studies, science, and reading.  Scores had to be at least 500 out of 800 on each subject test just for students to be able to take the official test. Students who passed the GED test are now working full-time in their technical classes or have increased the amount of hours at their job.  The students who have completed the FCAT, GED, and Florida Ready to Work have skills to help them get a job after graduation.
