Sponsored by the Orlando Business Journal, the First Honors event was held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel the evening of May 7.  Recognizing Central Florida seniors, Winter Park Tech had six dual enrollment students who were honored that evening!  Nick Anderson from the Orlando Magic was the speaker.  A drawing was held to give away $11,000 in scholarships and Winter Park Tech student Amanda Perez (Digital Design and GED Exit Option student) won a $750 scholarship to Seminole Community College!
