Carmen, a single mother of six, was looking for a better
life for her children. The Medical Administrative Specialist
Program led her to Winter Park Tech. In that program,
she was able to learn everything she needed to know in
the medical administrative field.
Carmen describes her experience at Winter Park Tech
as "an excellent learning experience for me." Right
after graduation, Carmen began working with the company
she presently works for, and enjoys what she does.
Currently, while also employed full-time, Carmen is
working towards obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration, online through FMU. This co-exists with
her medical certificate. "I have been attending
for a year now, and while it is hard, things are going
good. Everything that I do is for a better way of life
for my children. I live and breathe for them—one
of the things in my life that I am most proud of is being
their mom.
Carmen's success started at Winter Park Tech, but it
didn't end here. "Winter Park Tech is where it all
started, and after that the possibilities are endless." |
