Winter Park Tech welcomes high school students for D.I.G.I.T.
01.18.07

Once every two years, the IT programs at Winter Park Tech join together to present to local high school students what the tech programs are all about. This year, keeping in mind the attitudes of today's youth, the Web Design program created a brand image that was used throughout the exhibits. D.I.G.I.T., which is an acronym for Design - Interactivity - Games - Information - Technology, allowed presenters from the IT programs to show off what each program can offer to local high school students who choose to come to Winter Park Tech. The IT programs participating in D.I.G.I.T. included Computer Systems Technology, Digital Design, Network Systems Administration, PC Support Services, Web Design, and Web Programming.

The students were given t-shirts, buttons, and other prizes, which featured the D.I.G.I.T. logo and the new Dual Enrollment website for Winter Park Tech, 2WPT (www.2wpt.com).
