Winter Park Tech, one of four Orange Technical Education Centers operated by Orange Public County Schools, is approved by the State Department of Education.
Technical training programs focus around the career clusters of Business, Information Technology, Arts and Design, and Health Science. Currently, 26 career certificate programs are offered to adults and high school students. There is also a continuous schedule of academic courses for adult high school credit, GED preparation, academic remediation, adult basic education, and Adult English Literacy/ESOL.
The center is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Council on Occupational Education (COE), the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), and by the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA).
